This home is a large waterfront 5 bedroom 3bath cozy retreat nestled on a quiet cul de sac in sunny Chandler, Arizona.
The home is fully furnished and can sleep up to 16* people. This home has 2 queen beds, 4 full-sized beds (sleeps 2 adults each), 3 twin beds and a sleeper sofa.
This home is also equipped with a heated private pool and spa (hot tub).
If you have a large party, we also have a second home next door, which can sleep an additional 14* people.

Our retreat is centrally located and is close to the Loop 101 Freeway, which allows access to Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe, Phoenix and Mesa in 10 minutes or less.
We are 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and less than a mile from the Chandler Fashion Mall. There are over 75 golf courses within 45 minutes of our home. We are also less than 20 minutes away from the TPC of Scottsdale, home of the Phoenix (FBR) Open.
If you need to visit family or friends or catch an event at Arizona State University (ASU), we are approximately 15 minutes away. We are 2 hours from Tucson and Sedona, 4 hours from Flagstaff and 5 hours from the Grand Canyon or Las Vegas.
If you wish to come to Arizona for Major League Baseball's Spring Training, we are 45 minutes or less from the homes of the Royals, Rangers, Mariners, White sox, Brewers, Padres. We are less than 20 minutes away from the home of the Cubs, A's, Giants, Angels.,
