To book a home a 30% deposit is required along with a signed contract. Please note that we work on a "First come-First serve" basis and a property cannot be booked until we receive your payment.

If you need to secure a time period immediately, you can do so by making a payment using Paypal (www.paypal.com) and sending to bizzteacher@msn.com

The payment section of our contract is listed below

• Payment Schedule:  A non-refundable deposit of $____(30% of the full rental amount) is to be paid immediately to reserve the home for the specified period.  The remainder of $_______ (which includes a $500.00 damage deposit, $150 cleaning fee, $200 pool heating fee, $_____.00 remainder of rental payment, and $__ city of Chandler rental tax (4.4%)) is to be received no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date (30 days prior would be _______, 2007). If payment is not received by this time, only PayPal will be accepted.  The payment is to be in the form of personal check, cashiers check, money order, or PayPal (bizzteacher@msn.com). If you wish to use a credit card, this can be done by using the PayPal service (www.paypal.com), if you are unfamiliar with PayPal, please contact the Landlord for details.  Using PayPal will increase the cost by 3.9%, which is the fee charged to accept credit cards via PayPal.  The damage deposit will be held until after departure as described in section 13.
